Author Bio:
Armed with a BA in Classics as well as her MFA in Creative Writing from City, Caroline weaves tales inspired by ancient myths, crafting narratives that dance between two worlds. Hailing from London – but with Italian roots – her debut novel is a love letter to Italy, as well as a feminist exploration of female desire and performativity. In her writing, she blends the past with the contemporary, bringing real and imagined women of history and literature out of the shadows and into the light.
Fiction Writing
Between 2021 and 2023 I completed a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at City, the University of London. During the course, I wrote my debut novel, Face to Face, a psychological thriller set in Florence. I am currently on submission for an agent, with the hopes of having this book published in the near future.
Meanwhile, I am currently working on my second novel, a comedy/romance about two conwomen who only steal from men...feminist Robin Hood's if you like! Alongside this, I am also drafting up plans for my third novel, which explores the rise in interest in #tradwife content on social media. I am hoping to write this novel alongside a PhD in Creative Writing.
