​Content and Copywriting
In 2022, I joined Rated People as a Content and Copywriting executive. As part of this role, I took full charge of content ideation, creation, proofreading, design, SEO, and WordPress building.
The content I produced took the form of: blogs, emails, SMS/Push notifications, landing pages, cost guides, product updates, and guest blogs.

In January 2024, I moved to working freelance for Rated People, working specifically with CRM to produce email newsletters and updates.

Accelerate Agency
Ghost writing and backlink writing
In 2022, I worked for Accelerate Agency, a copy and SAAS marketing agency. Here I worked as a ghost-writer, with a particular emphasis on SEO and backlink writing.
The themes I regularly covered in my writing for Accelerate Agency included: telecommunications, B2B, omnichannel, and marketing related topics.
Writing Internships & Courses
Content writer and editor Internship with The Industry Leaders

In 2022, I worked as a content writer and editor for The Industry Leaders, a platform that seeks to create a space for entrepreneurs, CEOs, and leaders to talk about their experiences and successes. As part of this role, I wrote articles, listicles, website content, video content (scripts), cold emails, social media copy, and SEO content, writing on topics that included business psychology and leadership. Journalism Internship with The Conflux Revista

In April 2022, I completed a one-month journalism internship with The Conflux Rivista, where I attended industry workshops and completed assignments within the field.

Conversion Copywriting LinkedIn Course
I completed Joanna Wiebe’s LinkedIn course on Conversion Copywriting, which taught me how to write more compelling, market and data driven copy that turns prospects into customers. Some of the key skills I learnt include how to find and research VOC (Voice of Customer), review mining, stages of awareness, and writing frameworks/formulas such as the AIDA framework.
Proofreading and Editing
Since early 2020, I have been working as an editor and proofreader, both as a freelancer through the platform Fiverr, and with independent clients. This involves editing professional documents written by international clients, as well as website copy, pamphlets, and manuals.
For several years, I worked with David Carli (tradingwithdavid.com), as well as with other international clients like AltaCapital and TeloniTravel.
Between 2017 and 2019 I volunteered as a Beta reader and editor for short stories, poetry, fanfiction and fully developed novels. Then, during my MFA in Creative Writing between 2021-2023, I regularly edited, proofread and critiqued writing as part of the peer review and workshop elements of the course.
I also currently act as ‘first reader’ for two novelists, proofreading and offering creative advice on the first draft of all their work.
Translation Work
Between 2019 and 2022, I worked as a freelance translator (ITA-ENG and ENG-ITA), using my native Italian language skills to offer analytical and creative translations on a range of content, from health pamphlets, travel agency website content, manuals, and novellas. I have become adept at juggling multiple projects and clients at once, driving me to be highly organised and efficient.
